All orders are processed within 24 hours

Shipments occur Monday through Saturday. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience any issues while shipping to your location you will be contacted by the information that was shared with us at the time of placing order.

Bhavnagari Dry-Fruit Co.  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order please let us know within 5 days after receiving your order. Post which we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All mithais/ sweets are non-refundable & non-returnable. It is the responsibility of the customer to bear costs of return shipping.
